Clinical ExperienceI have been working within mental health for over a decade and have experience in higher education, NHS, and the voluntary sector settings. My NHS work has involved forensic and learning disability settings as well as palliative care, working with frontline staff and within direct patient care.
My clinical experience spans working with a wide range of difficulties including: personal complications, relational challenges, work concerns, anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, domestic violence, eating difficulties, body image concerns, OCD, personality difficulties, grief/loss, self-harm, critical incident support, and many others. Often, individual difficulties are accompanied by the challenges of daily life, which make each person’s experience different and their therapeutic needs unique. |
Background & QualificationsI have completed extensive postgraduate training in psychotherapy and a doctorate in counselling psychology, and regularly engage in further training to ensure up to date and best practice.
I can offer therapy in English and Turkish as needed. Trainings and Qualifications
